Membership Contract Agreement
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused sessions, early termination, or missed classes.
Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. If you'll be away for more than 2 weeks and have a monthly membership, you may request to place your account on hold. Please email hello@riselagreestudio.com to request a freeze. A $25/month administrative fee applies to keep your membership active during the freeze period.
Membership Freeze Policy
EARLY BOOKING
- Classes are available to book up to 14 days in advance.
- Recurring and Unlimited members enjoy early access and may book up to 21 days in advance.
CLASS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Late Cancellations:
- Class Pack and Recurring members will forfeit one class credit and be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
- Unlimited members will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
No-Shows:
- Class Pack and Recurring members will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
- Unlimited members will be charged a $25 no-show fee, as they do not lose a class credit.
- Each member is granted one complimentary late cancel or no-show forgiveness per quarter.

WAITLIST
- The waitlist closes 12 hours prior to class time to allow everyone time to plan.
- If a spot becomes available after this window, you will need to manually book your spot; waitlist promotions after closure are not automatic.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
- First-time clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before class to ensure a safe and smooth experience.
- Returning clients may enter up to 5 minutes late, but for safety reasons, no entry is permitted after that point.
- Please note that late arrivals may be considered no-shows at the instructor's discretion.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
- Recurring and Unlimited memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- Memberships auto-renew monthly until canceled.
- To cancel, please provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Founding Memberships are limited and offered at a special rate. If canceled, these cannot be reinstated or reactivated.
ACCOUNT USE & SHARING
- Memberships and class packs are for individual use only.
- Sharing access with others may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.
CLASS SCHEDULE & INSTRUCTOR CHANGES
- Class times, formats, and instructors are subject to change.
- We appreciate your flexibility if substitutions or adjustments are necessary to best serve our community.
FAILED PAYMENTS
- If a payment fails, booking privileges will be temporarily paused until resolved.
- A $10 late payment fee may apply for declined transactions.
